What kind of music do you release?

We focus on electronic and experimental sounds, with a particular love for IDM, glitch, ambient, and forward-thinking hybrids. If it’s sonically adventurous and emotionally rich, we’re interested.

Do you accept demos?

Yes. We’re always listening. Send us your best, most complete work (preferably not yet mastered) with a short intro and any relevant links or press. Please be patient — we’re a small team.

Do I need to get my release mastered before submitting?

No. In fact, we prefer to handle mastering ourselves so we can ensure consistency across our catalogue. We work with Millennium Mastering, and artists always have approval over the final version.

Who owns the music and artwork?

You retain full ownership of your music and any artwork you’ve created or commissioned. Glitchpulse is granted a non-exclusive license to distribute, promote, and feature your work as part of the label catalogue. You can still release elsewhere, and we’ll never restrict your creative rights.

How do royalties work?

Royalties from digital distribution platforms (e.g., Spotify, Apple Music, Tidal etc) are paid directly to the artist by the distributor — Glitchpulse does not intercept or hold funds. In some cases (such as label-controlled Bandcamp releases), artists may choose between:

• Label Fund Model – All earnings go into the label fund to support promotion, tools, and future releases.
• Revenue Share Model (excluding multi-artist compilations) – We offer a 60/40 split (label/artist), after platform fees. Artists can choose this during onboarding.

What kind of promotion do you provide?

We promote releases via our website, Instagram, and trusted partners like Igloo Magazine. We also encourage community engagement through IDMForums.com, where many of our collaborators hang out. We're not a marketing agency — just music lovers — but we do our best to give your work a thoughtful and sincere push.

Is this a legally binding contract?

We use a simple "Heads of Agreement" to confirm the release and mutual expectations. It’s not a traditional record contract — more a good-faith understanding between two parties who want to do cool things together. Transparency and flexibility are key.

Can I be involved beyond my release?

Absolutely. We encourage artists to stay connected — through compilations, collaborations, forum activity, and community efforts. Glitchpulse is more than a label — it’s a space to create and support each other.
